All Luxuria Living furniture is made to order following order confirmation.

Because each piece is produced exclusively for the client, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun. All made-to-order items are considered final sale upon commencement of production.

This policy allows us to preserve the integrity of our craftsmanship process and ensure consistent quality across every piece.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation only prior to production approval, as determined by Luxuria Living.

Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Any processing or administrative fees incurred prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

Payments & Deposits

All payments made to Luxuria Living are applied toward the production of custom-made furniture.

Once production has commenced, all payments are non-refundable.

By placing an order, the client acknowledges that any full or partial payment represents a commitment to proceed with production.

Shipping & Delivery Refusals

Orders may not be canceled once shipped.

Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts are treated as completed deliveries and are not eligible for refunds. Any additional handling, storage, or redelivery fees incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

Damages & Manufacturing Defects

Each Luxuria Living piece undergoes a final quality inspection prior to shipment.

In the rare event of shipping damage or a verified manufacturing defect, clients must notify Luxuria Living within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic documentation.

Following review, Luxuria Living will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

Variations in grain, texture, tone, color, or finish are inherent to natural materials and handcrafted furniture. These characteristics are considered part of the design and do not constitute defects.
