Returns & Refunds

  • Because each Luxuria Living piece is made to order, all sales are considered final once production begins. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted after an order has entered production.

  • Orders may be eligible for cancellation only before production approval. Once production has commenced, the order can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.

  • If an order is approved for cancellation prior to production, any refundable amount will be determined at Luxuria Living’s discretion. Once production has begun, all payments are non-refundable.

Warranty & Repair

  • Yes. All Luxuria Living pieces include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. Each piece is inspected prior to delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Payments & Safety

  • Absolutely. All payments are securely processed through Shopify using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Luxuria Living does not store or have access to your full payment details at any time.
