Trade & Hospitality Terms
These Trade & Hospitality Terms apply to approved interior designers, developers, hospitality groups, and other trade professionals (“Trade Partners”) participating in the Luxuria Living Trade & Hospitality Program. By placing a trade or hospitality order, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligibility & Approval
Participation in the Luxuria Living Trade & Hospitality Program is subject to approval at our discretion.
Trade access, pricing, and benefits are extended exclusively to approved Trade Partners and are non-transferable. Luxuria Living reserves the right to revoke or modify trade access at any time.

Trade Pricing & Benefits
Approved Trade Partners may receive:
• Preferential trade pricing
• Project-based quotations
• Dedicated order coordination and support
• Access to made-to-order customization options
Trade pricing is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties, including end clients, without written consent from Luxuria Living.

Orders & Production
All trade and hospitality orders are made to order and produced specifically for each project.
Production begins only after order review, approval, and payment confirmation. Once production has commenced, orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Lead times provided are estimates and may vary based on materials, customization, and production schedules.

Samples, Finishes & Customization
Fabric samples, finish references, and material swatches are provided for guidance only.
Due to the handcrafted nature of Luxuria Living furnishings and the use of natural materials, variations in color, texture, grain, and finish are inherent and considered part of the design. Such variations do not constitute defects.
Custom requests, COM (Customer’s Own Material), or bespoke specifications may require additional review, approvals, and extended production timelines.

Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required prior to the commencement of production.
All payments applied toward trade or hospitality orders are non-refundable once production begins.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery for trade and hospitality orders are governed by our Shipping Policy.
White-glove delivery may be available depending on location, product type, and service partner availability. Luxuria Living reserves the right to determine the appropriate delivery method for each order.
Trade Partners are responsible for ensuring proper site access, including elevators, doorways, staircases, and any required building permissions.

Installation & Site Conditions
Trade Partners are responsible for confirming that site conditions are suitable for delivery, placement, and installation.
Delays, failed deliveries, or additional services required due to site conditions, access restrictions, or scheduling changes may result in additional fees.

Damages & Claims
Each Luxuria Living piece undergoes quality inspection prior to shipment.
Any shipping damage or verified manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic documentation. Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted.
Resolutions are determined at the discretion of Luxuria Living and may include repair or replacement where appropriate.

Use of Images & Brand Materials
Trade Partners may request permission to use Luxuria Living product imagery or brand materials for project presentations or marketing purposes. Any use must be approved in writing and properly credited.
